CTRS has been selected as a 2023 Real Leaders Impact Award Winner! We are so honoured to be recognized.
As an impact business, we actively look for ways to support and work with organizations who are doing good in the world. To be recognized by our peers in the B Corp community is an incredible feeling.
CTRS became a Certified B Corp in 2021, so we have lots of room to continuously improve and grow as an impact business. We hope that this designation will give us the opportunity to connect with more impact businesses across the globe. If you’re looking for a research business, we hope you see what we are doing and see us as the kind of people you want to do business with. It feels great to be able to amplify impact businesses and be part of a community which focuses on positive change.
Market intelligence is a discipline that a lot of people are unfamiliar with. They know they need answers to tough business questions (which is what we do) but they don’t always know what to look for or who to go to. We hope that this exposure will lead to more organizations coming to talk with us and seeing if we can help them with their challenges. We are excited to hopefully meet more people in the growing impact community, because we love chatting and working with impact businesses.
To sum up how our team is feeling and in the words of our Founder, Aaron Cruikshank: “This is huge and it feels incredible!”
Aaron is an exemplary leader, who always puts people first above all else. When we interviewed Aaron about what it means to him and CTRS to be an Impact Award winner to write this piece, he added:
“Even though the award is related to me as a leader, I can’t do what I do without the team that I have with me at CTRS. I don’t see this award as something for me personally, this is something the whole team can enjoy – we have all contributed to it, the work we’ve done, and where we have gotten to today. So it’s not really about me, it’s about everyone at the company.”
